一句玩笑话，5000刀没了！发生在Rio赌场的事情。

"周末现场1/2 table, 有个哥们大概有800$要走了,已经声明了这是最后一手牌了，筹
码都已经装进了Rack。另外一有点醉的哥们有大概600$, 过程不详，反正就是最后牌面AQJTx无花，
pot大概不到100。

醉歌们首先说话，他看了看牌面，然后笑着说
“I will have to go all in..." 因为他不像很serious的样子，也没有推筹码，
dealer都没有反应过来  

800$ 哥们马上说”call". show KT.

然后桌上有人问”is that all in?", dealer才回过神来说是。
醉歌们一愣，开牌27o。。。800$哥们最后一首白捡 600$。。。兴高采烈。。。

I also support the decision of floor.

Rule is rule. the Asian guy made a huge mistake.

Verbal is binding, when the action is in turn. This is the universal rule in all poker room.

and there is rule to judge whether a hand is live.

i saw lots of player say " all in" when they are not in a hand, it is certainly a joke, but it definitely AFFECT other player, in a way.  

in this case, what if the guy after him just heard "all in" and muck his winning hand without seeing/judging Asian's card?  Then the Asian 's action

Certainly affected other player's interests, even in the most slightest way.

So he is responsible for his action.

该All in声音发生在dealer尚未收进他的牌，是否仍然live？  Live, most rooms allow you flip you card then make decision.

在行为表示fold，语言却表明all in的情况下，以那个为主？Verbal.

2. 判决层面的。如果确实有规则明确规定对此亚洲人不利，floor是否该当场推翻此规则？ I guess not unless the top management discuss.

其实还有第三类


3. 任何扑克室规则都有一条，floor decision is final，有最终解释权之类。那么如果一件事情规则明确规定，却违反扑克精神，是否应在floor解释权之列

这事儿个人各有看法的原因，是大家看问题的角度不同。

Another player technically DID NOT do anything wrong by calling with 2nd nuts after the hand is ruled live.


Although,in my imagination, the world looks much beautiful IF, all the three players behind him fold EVEN his hand is ruled live.

简单说，plo，100个人limp，BB拿着KKxx pot，98个fold，Abe 拿着AAxx call，btn 拿着JJxx repot allin，B ...

重新从turn打似乎有点过分，但是强制ABE all in 是否适当，如果他最初明确表明是Call，那么似乎应该按Check Down处理
